Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here is a great recipe for a great snack if you've got a craving for something sweet. It's really easy to make and is only 2 WW points per muffin.

1 spice cake mix
2 egg whites
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin

beat until well mixed! (mixer maybe 3 minutes)

stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. (you can leave the chocolate chips out for 1 less point per muffin)

bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
makes 24 muffins

ENJOY!

It's been so long since I've made them, but I used to make a low point cupcake with a cake mix and a can of diet soda. Jenny Leonard made them too. Anyone know what I am talking about?

yes, I remember making those too. I just have to get used to the taste of diet cola again...

I have to get used to drinking water. The one habit I kept from being on Weight Watcher's last time was drinking only diet. As my new year approaches I am kind of getting excited. Not really about the exercising though. Just all the other stuff.
