Taco Soup

This recipe is WW approved, 2 cups= 1 point, plus any extras you add to it, like sour cream, cheese, or chips.

1 lrg. can chicken broth
1box 99% fat free Stag Chicken Ranchero Chilli
1 can black or kidney beans
1 mexican style crushed/diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 chopped zuchini
2 chopped yellow crookneck squash
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning

Spray skillet with pam. saute onions and squash, until onions are clear.
In large pot, combine all ingredients and simmer until hot.
This makes quite a bit. So you can have it for several meals. This doesn't taste like it's diet food. It's really quite good, very flavorfull, and will fill you up.
