My computer is down right now so thats why i havent posted...I weighted in on wednesday and im down a pound also...11 down 39 more to go!!!.......

so i finally weighed this morning and I haven't lost anything this week, but, i haven't gained, so thats okay. this week is going to be tough, we have packed most everything up, and we need to eat all of the stuff that is open. Hopefully because I have been so busy, that not walking this week won't effect my weight too much. I am definetely getting in some lifting. Good luck this week everyone!

Here is a yummy treat for anyone who loves yogurt: Dannon Light & Fit topped with 2 Tbls. Cool Whip. It satisfies the sweet tooth and is only 2 WW points. 1 if you like light or FF Cool Whip--I personally splurge on the point. I have the French Vanilla in the fridge right now. It is yummy in between a graham cracker.

OK girls...where are you? I really enjoy reading your updates and find them inspiring. I need it. My thyroid is making it hard to lose weight. Even though I am walking 3-5 miles a day and watching what I eat I am not seeing any changes. I need to get back in for a new blood test and chat with the doctor. Your updates kept me going.
