Saturday Morning

I am a little discouraged this week....I have worked out for 4 days now, and gone to bed early instead of eating, and not seeing much change, on the scales anyway. I don't own a scales, so I need to invest.

Which doors do we meet at? I will see you all at 7am.

Saturday morning. 7am. Main doors near Sears. I found out that 2 laps in 1 mile. See you there.

Don't weigh yourself every day. Your weight fluctuates and the best thing is to set a day of the week that you can weigh yourself each week at that time, in the same clothes (or no clothes, depends on where you are). I try to do mid week because my eating habits aren't as good on the weekend and I found that on Monday I was a little heavier. I also found that when that lovely time of the month came around, I usually had no change. Wish I could walk with you guys!! Make a couple of laps for me!!!
